We are gradually transferring to our brand new booking system! Please click the button below for the event you would like to apply for and it will take you to Eventaly. You'll need to create a free trader account (you'll only need to do this once) then you'll be able to apply to each of our events in a few clicks.

All locations (except for Reading Vegan Festival inside stalls) require you to have a sturdy pop-up gazebo (not a flimsy garden one) and heavy weights (minimum of 12kg on each leg with double recommended in high winds). if we find that your equipment doesn’t withstand the weather or becomes a hazard on the day of the event, then it wouldn’t be suitable to continue trading. 

WOKINGHAM VEGAN MARKET
- Every other month on the second sunday from april.
- outside on Wokingham market place, RG40 1as.
- 11-3pm trading hours.
2025 Prices:
- £38 per 3 x 3m pitch per market.
- £48 for catering/food to order.
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.
- power is available on request and subject to availability (we also always recommend having a contingency in case of outages which we can't be responsible for). You will need your own 16A and 32A leads.
- parking is available nearby including Cockpit Path Car Park.

FLEET Vegan VILLAGE
- Annual POP-UP - usually a Wednesday in November.
- OUTSIDE ON fleet road, gu51 3bl.
- 2-9pm trading hours.
2024 Prices:
- £75 per 3 x 3m pitch.
- £150 per 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.
- power is not AVAILABLE (gas and silent generators permitted).
- parking is available locally.
- Additional requirements: Alcohol traders need to complete an extra form.

HENLEY Vegan Fiesta
- Annual POP-UP - Usually a Saturday in August.
- OUTSIDE ON henley-on-thames market place, RG9 2AQ.
- 11-4pm trading hours.
2025 Prices:
- £70 per 3 x 3m pitch.
- £90 per 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- discounted rate available for charity/non-profit.
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.
- power is not AVAILABLE (gas or electric generator permitted)

- Additional requirements: Alcohol traders require a TEN.

WINDSOR Vegan Fiesta
- Two to three TIMES A YEAR on a Saturday.
- outside on Peascod Street, SL4 1DG.
- 10-5pm trading hours.

- £75 per 3 x 3m pitch per market.
- £90 per 3 x 3m pitch per market for catering/food prepared to order.

Reading Vegan Fiesta
- Annual event - usually a Saturday in april.
- outside at forbury gardens, RG1 3BB.
- 11-4pm trading hours.
2025 Prices:
- £100 per 3 x 3m pitch.
- £150 per 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- discounted rate available for charity/non-profit.
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.
- power is not available (gas and silent generators permitted).
- parking is available nearby at numerous car parks.
- Additional requirements: Alcohol traders require a TEN.

Reading vegan festival
- annual event - usually a Saturday in September.
- inside market house and outside on market place & broad Street.
2025 Prices:
- £80 per charity/non-profit (inside or outside).
- £125 per outside 3 x 3m pitch on market place or Broad Street.
- £125 per inside stall in market house.
- £175 per outside 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- tables are provided inside (exact size/shape varies so recommended for those with minimal stock). You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables outside.
- Limited power is available on market place (we always recommend having a contingency in case of outages which we can't be responsible for). You will need your own 16A and 32A leads.
- parking is available nearby at numerous car parks.
- Additional requirements: Alcohol traders require a TEN.
- Please note that this event is exclusively for vegan only businesses.

EALING VEGAN FIESTA
- Annual pop-up - usually a Sunday in June.
- outside At Ealing Broadway shopping centre, RG21 7BA
- 11-5pm trading hours.
- you will need to provide your own 3x3m gazebo, weights and tables.
2024 Prices:
- £90 for a 3 x 3m pitch.
- £110 for 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food to order.
- parking is available at Ealing Broadway or locally.
- Power is not available (gas is permitted).

Vegan Fiesta Basingstoke
- annual pop-up - usually a sunday in May.
- At festival place shopping centre, RG21 7BA (outside at the Amphitheatre near vue cinema).
- 11-5pm trading hours.
- you will need to provide your own 3x3m gazebo, weights and tables.
2025 Prices:
- £65 for a 3 x 3m pitch.
- £95 for 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food to order.
- parking is available at Festival Place (reduced to £3 for the day) or locally.
- power is not available (gas or silent generators are permitted).
- ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: gas/generator traders require £10m public liability insurance, and alcohol traders require a TEN.

Witney Vegan Fiesta
- annual POP-UP - usually a Saturday.
- OUTSIDE At Marriotts walk Shopping Centre, Witney, OX28 6GW.
- 10-3pm trading hours.
2024 Prices:
- £55 per 3 x 3m pitch.
- £70 per 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.

The Big Green Clash - Eco Village Richmond
- Annual event - usually a Sunday in September.
- At Richmond Athletic Ground, TW9 2SF.
- 12-6pm trading hours.
- you will need to provide your own 3x3m gazebo, weights and tables. 
- power is not AVAILABLE (gas or electric Silent generator permitted).
- Extra requirements: no single use plastics.
- £60 for a 3 x 3m pitch for charity/non-profit.
- £90 for a 3 x 3m pitch for non-catering.
- £120 for catering/food & drink made to order.
- free parking is available on-site.
- Ticket sales estimated at around 1000.

HAMPSHIRE PRINCESS FESTIVAL - SPARKLE MINI VEGAN VILLAGE
- Annual event - usually a Friday in August.
- outside at Romsey War Memorial Park, SO51 8HB.
- 11-3pm trading hours.
2024 Prices:
- £45 per 3 x 3m pitch.
- £75 per 3 x 3m pitch for catering/food prepared to order. 
- You will need to provide your own gazebo, weights and tables.
- power is not available (gas and silent generators are permitted).
- parking is available nearby at numerous car parks or behind stall weather permitting.

Freedom Fields FESTIVAL Evesham
- Annual event on a Friday to Sunday in July.
- At The Farm Animal Sanctuary, Worcestershire, WR11 8LN
- trading hours: Friday 3pm-9pm, Saturday 10am-12am and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
- you will need to provide your own 3x3m gazebo, weights and tables. 
- power is AVAILABLE at a cost of £75 paid directly to the sanctuary (gas or Silent generator permitted).
- Extra requirements: no glass site and avoid single use plastics.
- £95 for a 3 x 3m pitch for non-catering.
- £215 for catering/food & drink made to order.
- free parking is available on-site.
- camping is included and 24 hour security provided by the sanctuary.
- Ticket sales estimated at 1000.

GUILDFORD Vegan Fiesta and Villages
- Five times A YEAR on Sundays.
- The Fiestas usually take place in April and December.
- The Villages usually take place in June as part of Green DaY, September as part of Cleaner Air DaY and November as part of Festival Family Fun Day.

GODALMING Vegan Fiesta
- Two TIMES A YEAR on a Saturday.
- outside on High Street, GU7 1DU.
- 10-4pm trading hours.

FARNHAM Vegan Fiesta
- pop-up dates on a Sunday.
